COMPULSIVE FONE SYNDROME (CFS)

Hello Blogville,
Please do not let the title of this post lead you astray.
My thoughs are far from what you might be thinking as in; yeah she is gonna dis some random people for speaking AMERICAN or BRITISH.
That i dont give a hooty if people choose to speak so might come across as maybe shocking to some, but my gripe with this whole CFS of a thing is the frequent amount of people(especially Nigerians) who are so eager to LABEL others as FAKE just because they speak different(be it natural or induced).

Why are they so preoccupied by the way people speak?

In all honesty, i think it would border on insanity to hear someone speak Italian with a YORUBA accent!!!! :) It just doesnt jell. Every language on earth comes with it's unique accent, and i think it only befitting for one to render beauty to every language by speaking it with the proper accent.

Yoruba laguage with a Yoruba accent
Hausa language with a Hausa accent
Igbo language with an Igbo accent, etc

So please people lets all attend to higher calls in life than going about branding people because of the way they speak.

....come to think of it, you end up as though you were trying really hard to advertise your deep rooted I-COMPLEX to all, which isn't really pretty :(

There is beauty in diversity.

Remenber, this life is nothing but shadows and dust.
